He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Vizcarra and Lita Vizcarra; his children, Jacob Vizcarra (Karina) and Schuyler Vizcarra; and his sisters, Margarita Fate (Roger) and Mary Ann Montes (Mike). He was also cherished by his family and friends.
