He is survived by: his parents, Aristeo Garcia and Paula Garcia (Quintela); his children, Michael Aguilera of Odessa, TX and Leticia Garcia of Artesia; his sister Rosa Rubio of Lake Arthur; his grandchildren, Liam and Hayden Baker; his nephews, Gabriel Rubio (Samantha) and Miguel Rubio Jr.; and his great-niece Anayeli.
