He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his brother Freddie Kie of Laguna; his daughters, Allison Arguillo of Acamita, Jessica Jaramillo (Louis Jaramillo) of Roswell and Stacy Kie of Roswell; his stepson Caleb; his grandchildren, Jeremy Rodriguez, Mary Silva, Joseph Moore, Samantha Moore, Analycia Rodriguez, Jesus Trejo (Chuy) and Clayton Arguillo; and his great grandchild Valerie Rodriguez.
