He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Lucero; his mother Presciliana Lucero; his sister Julia Garcia; his children, Danette Lucero-Hopkin, Dodie Addington (Keith), Danny Lucero (Angel) and Gilbert Lucero (Gracie); and his grandchildren, Christina Hopkin, Stephanie Hopkin (Jeremy), Audrey McSweeney (Ryan), Michael Hopkin, Eli Addington (Samantha), Elaine Addington, Delbert Lucero (Sefora), Adrianna Beatty (Tyler), Danny Lucero, Gilbert Lucero (Ashley), ShoVonn Lucero, Christian Chacon and Cruz Lucero.
A rosary was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church (4 La Luz Rd, La Luz, NM 88337). A Mass was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
