He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gurule; his children, Margaret, Aguero (Martin) of Belen and Andrew Gurule of Jarales; his grandchildren, Carolyn, Magdalena, Theresa and Dolores; and his goddaughter Berna Bustillos of Los Lunas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
