He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace "WJ" McNeil and Alice O'Dell McNeil of Lubbock, Texas.. He is survived by: his sister Myra McNeil of Lubbock; his daughter Roycee Nobles (Stacey Nobles); and his grandson Jacob Nobles of Marble Falls, Texas..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
