He was predeceased by: his parents, Joaquin D. Baeza and Manuela H. Baeza; and his sisters, Hermelinda and Oralia. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Derk (Eric), Roger Baeza, Cynthia (Adrian Lizarraga) and Fabian Baeza (Karen); and his brothers, Manuel Baeza (Irene), Carlos Baeza (Ann) and Hector Baeza (Maria). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Helena Catholic Church (100 E Bender Blvd, Hobbs, NM 88240). A Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church (503 S 5th St, Jal, NM 88252). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jal Cemetery (3555 NM-18, Jal, NM 88252).
