He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Harland and Sarah McDonald Youngs (Thompson); his son Jerry; his siblings, Martha, Analee, June and Dan; and his granddaughter Danika.

He is survived by: his children, Frances, Douglas and Gregory; his brother-in-law Ted; his brothers, Art of Rockport and David of Northeast, Pennsylvania.; and his children, Greg (Barbara), Iris and Maryann (Rick). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 16 Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Hurley Community Church Memorial Fund, PO Box 875, Hurley, New Mexico, 88043.
