He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Duncan; his wife Barbara; his stepdaughters, Elia Rael (Shane) and Nisha Milligan; his stepgrandchildren, Nova, Zalakey, Nazava, Raeleigh and David; his mother-in-law Elia Jimenez; his siblings, Nita Bloss (Larry), Tommy Duncan (Rina) and Randy Duncan (Gina); his children, Jason Duncan (Stephani) and Randi Ybarra; and his grandchildren, Shania, Kylie, Savanna, Clara, Jaiden and Jolie. He is also survived by 3 brothers-in-law and 3 sisters-in-laws.
