Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint George Allen leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Vannatter and Dorothy Vannatter (Van Osdel); and his sisters, Patricia DeBraal and Diane Weatherby. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Vannatter (Katelin Gutierrez) of Hurley, NM and Timothy Carpenter (Veronica) of Mcloud, OK; and his brothers, Herman Vannatter of Silver City, NM and James "Jim" Vannatter of Silver City, NM. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Door Christian Fellowship Church (1910 Peterson Dr, Silver City, NM 88061).
