We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2019, at the age of 88, Clifford F. Franklin (House, New Mexico), born in Clovis, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Franklin, Ruby Stowe and Doretha Shultz; and his nieces and nephews, Jerry Franklin, Courtlynn Franklin, Laura Stowe Hommel and Rita Stowe.

He is survived by: his brother Derrell Franklin (Karen) of Melrose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
