She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph O "Buddy" Van Winkle; her parents, Joe Orland and Delma Lucille Parker (Wood); and her siblings, Sonny Parker, Retha, Ronald Parker, Orlene "Sissy" Parker Foster, Gerald "Jerry" Parker, Larry Parker, Rodney "Roddy" Parker, Royce Parker and Wendell "Wendy" Parker.

She is survived by: her sister Sally Parker Phillips (David); her daughter Teressa J "Jana" Parker Van; her grandchildren, Cody L Gallegos (Kaila), Charlene A Gallegos, Tommy Gallegos (Karla) and Jim Gallegos; and her friend Rose. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, many friends.
