He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah; his daughter-in-law Linda Boone; his grandson Cody Tippy; his siblings, D. W. Boone and Tillie Marie Turner; and his brother-in-law Gordon Turner.
He is survived by: his child Popee; his grandchildren, Honey and Pete; his sons, Randal Boone of May, Texas and Daniel; his children-in-law, Phyllis Boone of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Jim; his children, Susan Tippy of Hobbs and John; his daughter-in-law Caryn Boone of Lufkin, Texas; his brother Troyce Boone of Ranger, TX; and his sister-in-law Mary Mitchell of Cypress, Texas.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
