She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Ray Levacy; her daughters, Anita Kelly (Kevin Kelly) and Karen Darznieks (Robert Northcott); her stepson Duane Levacy; and her grandchildren, Stetson Lucas (Laura Lucas), Chelsea Kelly (Ian Foster), Donovan Kelly, Summer Hollembeak (Saul Flores), Taylor Levacy and Zoey Levacy.
