We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2020, at the age of 71, Virginia Dugan of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Salvador Flotte and Refugio Flotte; her husband Gary Dugan; her children, Kathy Dunn, John Paul Quintana, Thomas Solis Quintana Jr., Yolanda Quintana and Jamie Quintana; her grandchildren, Ariane and Claudia; and her son Jaimie. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
