He is survived by: his wife Shellby; his children, Layla, Yulasie, Vernardo Jr. and CJ; his mother Maria Villanueva; his siblings, Jesse Ojeda, Oscar Ojeda, Manuela Lara, Hortencia Villegas, Alex Ojeda, Anadelia De La Rosa, Cathy and Jeff Hines; his parents-in-law, Pam and Jack Love; and his siblings-in-law, LeAnn Fierro and Jason Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
