We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, at the age of 94, Vera Capps of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Biggs and Vera Biggs; her husband Gene Capps; and her siblings, Bonnie Reese and Bud Biggs.
She is survived by: her sons, Quinn (Polly) and Scott Capps; her grandchildren, Olivia Capps and Madison (CJ Willard); and her great grandchildren, Hank and Iris Willard.
