He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Pittman; his wives, Marquita Meekins Bradshaw and Judy Hay Bradshaw; his siblings, Claudine Martin, Mozelle Quinsberry, Wanda Fowler, Bonnie Sims and Ronnie Bradshaw; and his son James Monroe Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Wesley Hay and Christy Turner; and his brother Warren Bradshaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his children.
