He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bilberry Levy; his brother Herman "Mike" Levy; his sister-in-law Sarah "Mickey" Levy; his children, Sim Hampton Levy Jr. (Debbie) and Charlotta Levy Stewart (Greg); and his grandchildren, Douglas Levy, Brad Stewart, Crystal Levy Portillo, Suzanne Levy Colvin, Farrah Stewart Cuellar, Tamra Stewart Thatcher, Simeon Levy Arana and Vanessa Levy Romero. He is also survived by Great" grandchildren and 2 "Great, Great" grandchildren; 2 nieces and 4 nephews.
