Shirley Williams Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Williams of Hobbs, New Mexico, born in Lubbock, Texas, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sam Floyd and Marthie Floyd; her sister Dottie Floyd Lowrey; her husband Jimmy Williams; her sons, Sammy (Carolyn) and Shon (Ann); and her grandchildren, Stacy, Rebecca, Robert, Deborah, Gayle, Shelly and Daniel. She was also cherished by eighteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
After a long struggle with Covid, she passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus surrounded by her family on November 28, 2021.
In lieu of flowers, Shirley requested donations be made to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch in Amarillo, TX.
