He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Petersen and Jill Petersen; his stepfather Brett Ashenfelter; his brother Bryce Petersen; his grandparents, Joyce Lekawa and Arthur Petersen; his uncles, Richard Lekawa and Patrick Zircher; his stepgrandparents, George and Darlene Fulton; his aunts, Kathy Homer, Lori Hostick and Laura Bond; his cousins, Hayden Lekawa, Jeanette Homer, Ian Homer, Gen Zircher and Rafe Zircher; and his husky Anna.
