She was predeceased by: her mother Minga; her husband Vernon A. Pape, Sr.; and her brothers, Billy and Morgan Walker. She is survived by: her sister Betty Baird of Fort Worth, TX; her children, Vernon Jr. (Janie) of St. Louis, MO, Elayne Hanson (Ernie) of Midland, TX, Steve (Pam) of Arlington, TX and David (Tana) of Lubbock, TX.; and her grandchildren, Sam Grimes, Tadd Grimes, Michelle Henson, Nicole Grant, Vernon III, Jordan and Jake Pape. She is also survived by Grandma," as the grandkids.
