He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Birchell and Wayne Birchell; his nieces, Nancy Haggerton, Crystal Reese and Julie Whiteley; and his siblings-in-law, Glenda Whiteley, Sonny Esparza and Ricky Martin.
He is survived by: his son Scott Whiteley; his granddaughter Madison; and his siblings, Ricky Whiteley (Cathy), Randy Whiteley, Rebecca Esparza, Melissa Martin, Amy Wood (Judah), Gary Hendley, George Mitchell, David Persely, Paul Rouch and Mike Janousek.
