He is survived by: his former spouse Sandy Garrard; his son Joseph "Joey" Westbrook; his wife Wilda Jean Lewallen; his daughter Lisa Michelle Webb (Brian); his grandchildren, Tyler Westbrook (Shannon), Jared Gore (Sarah) and Laney Gore; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Noelle, Emerson, Wyatt and Parker; his brother Lynn Westbrook; and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Corey, Lori and Tammy.
