It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodolfo Garcia (Hobbs, New Mexico), born in Donna, Texas, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gonzalo Garcia and Belen Garcia; his daughter Belen Garcia; his granddaughter Lupe Garcia Solorio; and his siblings, Hector Garcia, Ernestina Valenzuela, Mary Duran and Candelaria Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Amelia Garcia; his children, Anna, Lupe Garcia, Rudy Jr. and Ruben Garcia; and his sisters, Blanca Cuevas, Dora Hernandez and Minerva Perez. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
