He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Norris and Ruby Norris (Waldrip); his brother W. Morgan Norris; and his grandson Cheyenne Cody Norris. He is survived by: his brother John Frank Norris (Jeannie) of Taos; and his sons, Keith Norris (Kathy) of Midland, Joel Norris (Jennifer) of Carlsbad, Lee Norris (Teresa) of Hobbs and Eric Norris (Debbi) of Roswell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
