She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Conner and Thelma Conner; and her husband Curties Petties. She is survived by: her close friend Curties Petties; her children, Kenneth Petties and Brenda Petties; her sister Ella Conner Greer; her brother-in-law Claud Brooks; and her grandchildren, Kidada Petties, Jannéh Petties and Kyle Martin Petties. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
