He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mulkey of Hobbs; his children, Wylie Mulkey (Noelle) of Colorado Springs, CO, Scott Mulkey (Allison) of Flower Mound, TX and Jacque Mulkey (Bryan) of Hobbs; his stepchildren, Stephanie Hulme (Tim) of Hobbs and Derrik Hulme of Longview, TX; his grandchildren, Carter, Mason Mulkey of Flower Mound, TX, Zoey, Gracie, Chance Mulkey, Katherine, Hannah Snead, Timothy, Ty and Lucas McCoy; and his stepgrandchildren, Sam of Hobbs and Emmalee McCoy of Hobbs. He is also survived by friends and family, especially his grandchildren.
