She is survived by: her parents, Jose Garza of Lovington and Perfecta Galindo of Lovington, NM; her husband Ruben Navarrette of Monument, NM; her children, Mark Navarrette of Las Cruces, NM, Denise (Victor Martinez) of Midland, TX and Bernise Navarrette (Shiloh Colvin) of Midland, TX; and her sisters, Esmeralda (Manuel Valderez) of Abilene, TX and Eva (Robert Reyes) of Hobbs, NM. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
