He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Isbell and Evelynn Isbell; and his sister Charlene Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Joan Isbell; his children, Mellony Turner (Mark) and Jeffery Isbell; his grandchildren, Lacey Grenhalgh (Berdall), Jeffery Tobin Isbell (Nicole), Kenan Isbell and Mindy McClearan (Carbie); his great grandchildren, Macklyn Grenhalgh, Kash Grenhalgh, Klaytzee Grenhalgh and Luna McClearen; and his siblings, Jerry Isbell (Donna), Eddie Isbell (Kathy), Paulette Fulgham (Roe) and Joellen Jones. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
