He was predeceased by: his parents, Edubijes Ramirez and Doroteo Ramirez (Ruiz); and his siblings, Ed Ramirez Jr., Elizabeth, Emma, Josephine, Elsie and Olga.

He is survived by: his daughter Elsie Wright of Hobbs; and his grandchildren, Adais Oliver and Alexis Wright.
