We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2020, at the age of 90, Julia Salcedo of Hobbs, New Mexico, born in Terlingua, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Munoz and Natividad Munoz; her husband Jose Salcedo, Sr.; her daughter Lily Huerta; her son-in-law Lupe Huerta; her grandson Manuelito Hernandez; her brother Vicente Munoz; and her stepson Fermin Salcedo.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rosa Garza, Dora De La Rosa and Juan De La Rosa; and her children, Lupe Velasquez, Josie Abella (Michael), Irene Risedorph (Bob), Anita Thomas (Toliver), Jesse Salcedo, Teresa Cordova, Angela Watkins (Ronnie), Amanda Baker (Jared), Alyssa Parras, Arthur Huerta, Fabian Huerta, Cynthia Quist (Don), Justyne Day, Timothy Day, Joe Daniel Salcedo, Priscilla Graham (Devin), Austin Salcedo, Nathan Salcedo (Kasey), Esteban Salcedo, Jon Salcedo and Melissa Garza. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
