With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph M. Sosa of Hobbs, New Mexico, born in Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on January 12, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Celestino B. Sosa and Juanita Sosa; his brothers, Frank Sosa and Nick Sosa; his daughter Jennifer Sosa; and his nephew Shaun Sosa.

He is survived by: his children, Amy Shuman, Adolph Sosa and Ashley Sosa; and his siblings, Celestino Jr., Luisa, Gloria, Tony and Alfred. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
