She was predeceased by: her parents, Anastacio Nunez and Petra Garcia; her husband Cresencio Gutierrez August (Velasquez); her grandsons, Nicholas Rangel, Raul Ramirez Jr. and Noe Rangel Jr.; her great grandchildren, Deanna Dnae Velasquez and Faith Guadalupe Espino; and her son-in-law Rick Ochs.
She is survived by: her siblings, Hector Nunez of Burlington and Alicia Nunez of Las Vegas, Nevada.; and her children, Belen Velasquez, Ruben Velasquez (Maria), Petra Avila (Guadalupe), Cresencio Velasquez Jr., Sylvia Velasquez Ochs, Lorenzo Velasquez (Nellie), Norma Tarin (Oscar), Jorge Velasquez (Francis), Maria De Jesus Astorga (Hector), Veronica Velasquez, Jose Velasquez (Norma) and Angelica V. Ramirez. She is also survived by 56 grandchildren, 105 great grandchildren (WOW) and 15 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
