He is survived by: his mother Helen Hicks; his sons, Richard Hicks of Colorado and Johnny Ray Hicks of Abilene, TX; his granddaughter Melinda Marie Hicks; his sister Kim Savage; his brother-in-law Tony; his nephews, Justin White of Hobbs and Christopher; his niece Kamy Morgan of Hobbs; and his pet Coco.
