He was predeceased by: his parents, James Witherspoon and Judy Witherspoon; his uncle Fred "Bud" Philpot; and his brother-in-law Kenny Davis (Sharon). He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Johnson; his sister Jane; his grandson Isaiah Jr.; and his niece Abby (Clinton Foster).
