She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Templin; her parents, James Parkhurst and Lepha Parkhurst; and her sisters, Gail Keffer, Nancy Robinson, Leta Spear and Amanda Ann Parkhurst.
She is survived by: her siblings, Beckie Horton, Bessie Spear, Sally Parkhurst, Delanna Miller, Bill Rowe and Jesse Parkhurst. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, family, friends.
