He is survived by: his wife Kay Granby Felts of Hobbs; his sons, Timothy Wayne Felts (Kim) of Tulsa, OK, Paul David Felts (Tammy) of McKinney, TX and Stephen Ray Felts (Sandy) of Wylie, TX.; his stepdaughters, Debbie Owens (Trey) of Visalia, CA, Dana Ankerholz (Chuck) of Hobbs and Donna Rutledge (Michael) of Hobbs; his grandchildren, Jason Felts, Lauren Franklin, Sarah Ketner, Jeremy Felts, Leah Blackburn, Brandon Felts, Courtney Owens, Caitlin Owens, Britain Rutledge and Cambria Rutledge; and his great grandchildren, Parker Felts, Adalyn Ketner, Logan Felts, Gibson Felts, Shepherd Felts, Elena Felts and Jackson Blackburn.
