He is survived by: his wife Alice Fay Dickens (Norris); his daughters, Ruth Annice Johnson (Dane), Jackie Renee Swingle, Shelly Jo Dickens (Tucker) and Tammy Ussery (Jayson Ussery); his grandchildren, Tristen Levy, Tenee, Kirstie Swingle, Shyanne Ussery, Joshua Johnson, Brady, Garret Tucker and Cordale Ussery; his sister Margaret Stainke; and his friend Tom Carmony. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
