She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Kennedy and Era Kennedy; her former husband Johnnie Arther; her children, Johnny Wayne Arther, Vanna and Elaine Arther; her grandson Aaron "Brit" Arther; and her siblings, Robert Kennedy, Bill Kennedy, John Kennedy, Maxine Hodges, Dorthene Bernstein, Jane Burrow, Eddie Wayne Kennedy and Gilbert Kennedy.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Arther of Hobbs, NM and Kenneth Arther (Lori) of Roswell, NM.; her stepsons, Marty Ivy (Lori) of Harker Heights, TX and Danny Ivy (Angela) of Gibsonburg, OH; and her grandchildren, Misty Johnson (Keith), Brandon Arther (Lisa), Kristy Bell (Adam), Jenna Arther, Jennifer Hyland, Casey Fisher (Toby), Chelsey Ivy, Caitlyn Ivy, Camryn Ivy, Colton Ivy and Carson Ivy.
