He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hart; his daughters, Sheila Fuentes (Carlos Fuentes) and Michelle Pilcher; his grandchildren, Raquel, AJ Montanez, Kendyll, Tara Pilcher, Kellie Pilcher, Jacob Porter, Daniel, Tiffany Fuentes and Bernadette Johnson; his great grandchildren, Mia Montanez, Lila Montanez, Olivia Montanez, Brinley Pilcher, Cooper Fuentes and Adalynn Fuentes; and his nieces and nephews, James Hart, Tonya Swilling, Christina Shu, Glen, D'Andra Shu, Timothy Hart, Matthew Hart, Patricia Alameda, Thurman Hart, Marvin Lee Hart and Jerry Wayne Hart.
