It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guadalupe DeLeon (Hobbs, New Mexico), born in Bishop, Texas, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luquitas DeLeon and Rafael DeLeon; his wife Julia DeLeon; and his son Joseph DeLeon. He is survived by: his children, Lupe DeLeon Jr. (Rachel) of Midland, TX, Roy DeLeon (Alice) of Hobbs, NM, Rosalinda Tarin (Louis) of Hobbs, NM, Gilbert DeLeon (Pam) of Bayou Vista, TX and Victor DeLeon of Hobbs, NM; and his siblings, Eloy DeLeon of Mercedes, TX and Filomina Rodriguez (Juan) of Kileen, TX.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
