She is survived by: her husband Amos Cox; her son Shane Brister (Katie) of Hobbs, NM; her pets, Sparklett, Sugar and Maggie; her grandchildren, Shaye Brister (Savannah) of Lovington, NM and Trinity Haynes of Hobbs, NM.; and her siblings, Joyce Hamon (Melvin) of Pampa, TX, JoAnn Tallant (Melvin) of Foreman, AR, Loyd Brister of Hobbs, NM, Mildred Smiley (James) of Eunice, NM, Joyce Anderson of Pauls Valley, OK, Arthur Cox (Carla) of Eunice, NM and Carla McNeil (Michael) of Eunice, NM. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
