He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Horn and Gladys Horn; his siblings, Gene Horn, Nelda Horn Worley and Connie Horn White; his wife Sharlotte; his son Kenneth; his brother-in-law Gary White of Lovington; his nieces and nephews, Gary White Jr., Chris White, Debbie Massengill, Phyllis Wilson, Ruthann Hawks and Kathy Horn; and his close friend Gordon Mohler. He was also cherished by other family members including his nephew, neice, brother–in-law and sister-in-law.
