He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his son Frank Collins Jr (Charlotte); his grandchildren, Stoney Collins (Phyllisha) of Lovington and Stacey Collins of Hobbs, NM; his siblings, Jim Collins (Dorotha) of Hobbs and Ann Jackson (Corky) of Lovington; his great grandchildren, Kayla Pharr (Michael) of Lubbock, TX, Brittney Easterwood of Snyder, TX, Katlyn Collins of Wolforth, Whittney Easterwood of Hobbs, Hope Collins of Lovington and Riley Collins Of; and his great great grandchild Owen Pharr of Lubbock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
