Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Frances Norgaard (Hobbs, New Mexico), born in Natchez, Mississippi, who passed away at the age of 86, on June 29, 2018. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dunbar Babbit and Ruth Theresa Gardner; her sister Mattie Ruth Duvic; and also Carroll Norgaard. She is survived by: her children, Charles Ramsey (Marji Ramsey) of Ruston, LA, John Ramsey (Chalene Ramsey) of Bullhead City, AZ, Byron Petty of Hobbs, NM and Macelle Petty (Mace). She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren.
Frances requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Trinity Lutheran Church to be used in their various charitable donations and needs of the church.
