He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine Nelson; and his daughters-in-law, Gay Bratton and Rita Bratton. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Nelson (Nannette), Richard Bratton, Don Bratton and Brian Nelson (Kim). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
