He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Raines of Eunice; his son Richard Raines of Cisco, TX; his grandchildren, Pete Aguilar of Eunice, Stetson Raines of La Junta, CO, Skylar Raines of Cisco, TX, Brigitte Aguilar of Eunice, NM and Savannah Raines of Cisco, TX; his siblings, Robert Raines of Carlsbad and Patricia Raines Bryan of Sierra Vista, AZ; and his parents, Robert W. Raines and Mary A. Raines. He was also cherished by three great-granddaughters.
