She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafael Holguin and Baudilia Holguin; her sister Gloria Holguin Rios; her nephews, Edgar Alvarez, Rene Villegas Jr. and Jonathan Holguin; and her niece Crystal Villegas.
She is survived by: her husband Alfonso Alvarado; her sons, Alfonso Alvarado Jr. and Christian Alvarado; and her friend Ele Castillo. She is also survived by her 5 sisters and 3 brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
