He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry C. Whitely Jr. and Ruby McDonald Whitley; his siblings, Margie Hayes (Loy), Royce Whitley, Charles Whitley (Kim) and Mary Williams (Art); and his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Jonathan, Patrick, Levi, Jorge, Lauren and Emma. He was also cherished by five children.
